12/02:LB:8005 has been sitting at VTC refitted with Balios signs left over from the 9800 series refurbs--the left side of the front Luminator flip dot set had been broken for some time. Last time i was by there the Victoria decals were removed, and it looked like the Victoria farebox had been pulled. Assume the bus is waiting to be transferred to another system.
