service out of RTC effective yesterday.
The artic had been at HFM for quite some time (at least two and a half
months, I'd say) for work on its engine. You may recall that 8084 was
being tested with a DD Series 50 EGR upgrade package to see if it
improves the low-power problems on the artics from the 1999 and 2000
orders (so, everything from 8022 and up). (TN)
